One positive change I made in my life is learning to focus on the present instead of the “what ifs”
I used to struggle with overthinking, constantly worrying about things that hadn’t even happened yet. Instead of being in the moment, I was hurting myself, stressing over things that were out of my control.
So I started doing the work. I began to slow down, relax, and pour into myself. I started going to the gym, eating healthier, and becoming a better version of me. I made a choice to stop worrying about everything else and focus on what I can control.
And that’s when I noticed a shift… a heaviness lifted off my chest. I felt lighter. I felt like me again.
What’s one thing you’re learning to let go of?
