What quality do you value most in a friend?

The quality I value most in a friend is loyalty. For me, loyalty goes hand in hand with trust. If I can’t trust you, how can I believe you’ll be loyal when it matters most?

I also value people who are true to who they are. I can respect someone who shows up authentically and doesn’t pretend to be something they’re not.

Another thing that’s important to me is reciprocity. I appreciate friends who check in on me the same way I check in on them. I understand that life gets busy and we all have responsibilities, so I don’t expect us to talk every day. But I don’t want to always be the one reaching out, making sure everyone else is okay. I deserve that same energy in return.

To me, friendship is about mutual respect, trust, loyalty, and effort. 🌻
